Robert Woodard pitched 6 2/3 innings of one-run ball for the Tar Heels, who will square off against the Owls again on Thursday. The winner of that contest will advance to face Oregon State in the best-of-three championship series that starts Saturday. UNC is the 2006 CWS runner-up, and could set up a finals rematch with one more victory.
