As he watched Logan Johnson's home run sail over the left-field wall in the first inning, North Carolina coach Mike Fox tried to hide his reaction: "Here we go again." But thanks to starting pitcher Luke Putkonen -- seven innings, seven strikeouts that tied a career high and only two more hits allowed -- the Tar Heels defeated Louisville 3-1 in an elimination game at the College World Series.
