Early forecast has Duke, UNC, Virginia Tech atop ACC Coastal chase in 2014
Posted Jan 15, 2014
Duke and Carolina are well-positioned to contend for the Coastal Division title again. Virginia Tech figures to remain an annual presence on the strength of its defense. UNC's Marquise Williams flashed considerable potential after taking over for injured quarterback Bryn Renner, and with other playmakers such as Quinshad Davis and Ryan Switzer, the Tar Heels will be a challenge to defend.
