Dexter Strickland signs with Idaho of the NBDL

Idaho claimed 6-foot-3 guard Dexter Strickland from the available-player pool. Strickland played four seasons with the Tar Heels from 2009 to 2013 and was a member of two teams that advanced to the Elite Eight. Strickland was not selected in the 2013 NBA Draft, but he later played in the summer league with the Portland Trail Blazers.
