UNC rises to the occasion against Clemson (as usual). Now, can it do it against anyone else?
Posted Jan 26, 2014
Inspired by predictions of their imminent demise and fueled by the desire to avoid being the first UNC team ever to lose to Clemson on their home floor, the Tar Heels shot 55.4 percent from the floor and made eight 3-pointers on their way to an 80-61 rout that was much worse than even the final margin indicates. That’s 57 for 57 against the Tigers in Chapel Hill for those of you keeping score at home.
