Rob Wooten provides relief

If North Carolina's starting pitchers get into trouble at the College World Series, Rob Wooten is ready to rush to the rescue. The junior right-hander relieved in all six regional games, posted a 3-0 record, didn't allow an earned run in 9 2/3 innings and struck out 14 batters. "He's been good and has so much confidence now,'' said coach Mike Fox, who reigned Wooten in at the super regional.
