N.C. State effectively sealed its fate by electing to run with North Carolina on Saturday. The Tar Heels improved to 11-0 at home against the Wolfpack under Roy Williams with their 84-70 victory. High tempo is a staple of Williams’s system, but for a team lacking the ability to overwhelm its opponents with immense talent, it’s absolutely critical.
