Posted Feb 12, 2014
4. Giovani Bernard, North Carolina (2011-12): It’s a shame fans in the ACC only got two seasons of Bernard because he could have been really special. No player in the history of the league has averaged more rushing yards per game than Bernard’s 107.9 per game. His 1,253 yards in 2011 were the third-best season by a freshman in ACC history, and he was the first running back taken in the 2013 NFL Draft.
