North Carolina’s most recent win against a ranked team — a 75-71 victory against No. 25 Pittsburgh on Saturday afternoon — was different than its other three. It wasn’t one in which UNC could outrun and outgun an opponent who played a similar up-tempo style. It was one that required toughness. It was one that required UNC’s best players to step up and make big plays in crucial situations. (Carolina Blue)
