The always lively Winston-Salem State-Johnson C. Smith rivalry found a new level on Wednesday night at Brayboy Gymnasium. A tie game. Yes, in what is a first in the 53-year history of the historic gym the Rams and Golden Bulls were tied at 76 at the end of regulation thanks to a Javan Wells follow basket for the Rams.
