Texas Tech QB Michael Brewer transferring to Virginia Tech, will be eligible to play in '14

Quarterback Michael Brewer will be trading in one Tech for another. Brewer said Sunday that he's transferring from Texas Tech to Virginia Tech, adding to the Hokies’ thin pool of quarterbacks for the battle to be Logan Thomas’ successor. (Roanoke Times)
