Attacking By Zone

Roy Williams has rolled out a pair of new zone looks this season to complement his base man-to-man defense. Those zone schemes were critical in North Carolina’s 74-66 win over Duke last month, and will likely be again on Saturday at Cameron Indoor. The first zone Williams unveiled this season was the 3-2 drop zone – code name “3”. (Inside Carolina)
