Bengals re-sign Brandon Tate

The Cincinnati Bengals re-signed kick returner Brandon Tate on Tuesday. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. Although he is formally a receiver for the Bengals, Tate's primary obligations were on special teams in 2013. He was Cincinnati's top kick return option and ended up serving as the punt return specialist. (ESPN.com)
