Rain gives Heels a rest before shot at Catamounts

The North Carolina baseball team was supposed to have a chance to win the Chapel Hill Regional on Sunday night. But inclement weather gave the Tar Heels an unexpected day off after their 11-10 victory over East Carolina on Saturday. "I hope it doesn't make a difference," said UNC coach , whose team has won 10 of its last 11 games. "Some things are out of your control, and the weather is part of it." (Durham Herald-Sun)
