Cornelius (NC) Hough three-star cornerback Corey Bell is the fourth commitment for North Carolina's 2015 football recruiting class. With today's commitment, the 5-9, 165-pounder joins Tallahassee, Fla., safety Ronnie Harrison, Jacksonville, Fla., linebacker Andre Smith and Matthews, NC., quarterback Anthony Ratliff as current Tar Heel pledges. 247Sports ranks Bell as the nation's No. 76 overall cornerback and the No. 31 prospect in the state of North Carolina.
