Heels rip through Dolphins

It wasn't Robert Woodard's smoothest performance. But North Carolina's senior right-hander battled to make sure that it was one of his best. Woodard tossed eight scoreless innings Friday night and benefited from some timely hitting by his teammates as top-seeded UNC defeated No. 4 seed Jacksonville 6-0 in the Chapel Hill Regional of the NCAA baseball tournament.
