Tar Heels' Flack remains upbeat
Posted May 26, 2007
After being named to several preseason All-America teams, Chad Flack is hitting just .239, well below his career average of .363. His numbers in almost every offensive category are down from a year ago. It is the worst slump of his baseball career, but it has been offset by his team's success. "It has been pretty tough," Flack said Friday. "I have never gone through this before so it took some time to get used to, but when you win you don't really think about it. And we don't lose too much."
