Preparing for NFL draft, QB Bryn Renner sticks to following Brett Favre


's nickname through college was "The Gunner." He grew up imitating Brett Favre, scrambling and flipping the ball to teammates in Pop Warner football. He even looks like Favre, right down to the man-possessed stare and the hat hair. No, he won't be going on Day 1 or 2 of the NFL draft. But he is hoping all those years watching Favre has an osmotic effect. He sees similarities. (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel)
