There is little doubt he is one of the best pitchers, if not the best, Eastern Connecticut has ever produced. And now he's about to reap the rewards of being the first high school player from this area to be chosen in the first round of the Major League baseball amateur draft. Matt Harvey of Fitch High School in Groton is eagerly anticipating June 7, as his name is expected to be one of the first to be called at the annual draft. The draft will be televised on ESPN2 live from Orlando, Fla.
