Casey Barth’s pro career alive and kicking, thanks to unexpected opportunity

Casey Barth traveled west recently to attend a kicking camp and, perhaps, make a few contacts that could eventually lead to a future pro football opportunity. He ended up with a full-time job and an unlikely reunion with an old friend. The former Hoggard High and North Carolina star agreed to a contract Monday to spend the rest of the season kicking for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League.
