Larry Drew commits to Tar Heels

The University of North Carolina went cross country Tuesday night to secure a commitment from basketball point guard Larry Drew Jr. Drew is ranked among the best high school point guards in the country. As a junior last season, he averaged 14.8 points and seven assists on a Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft High team that finished 20-4.
