Nation's powerhouses target elite soph Jayson Tatum
Posted May 1, 2014
Jayson Tatum, a 6-foot-8 small forward from Chaminade Prep (Mo.), is one of the best players in the sophomore class. Tatum has plenty of suitors, with Wake Forest, Duke, North Carolina, Kentucky, Michigan State, Kansas and Saint Louis in heavy pursuit recently. Duke and Illinois recently went to Missouri to watch Tatum, and big-name coaches from around the country kept an eye on Tatum while in Sacramento. Along with Duke and Kentucky, Tatum said North Carolina is also coming at him the hardest.
