Roy Williams unlikely to leave UNC for Lakers. But if he did, who would replace him?

The Los Angeles Times reported Monday that UNC’s Roy Williams has been approached by the L.A. Lakers about the NBA team’s vacant coaching position. Sounds like a real bombshell, right? Relax, Tar Heel fans. Unless the 63-year-old Hall of Famer has decided he’s had enough of Mary Willingham, Dan Kane and the ongoing specter of an academic scandal, Williams isn’t going anywhere.
