Jets Release WR Dwight Jones

The New York Jets have released backup wide receiver Dwight Jones. Jones was signed by the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent in 2012, but informed the team he no longer wanted to play football. Jones was signed to the Jets’ practice squad last December. (Black Sports Online)
