They didn’t have each other on their conference schedule. The weather canceled the one non-conference matchup that was planned. It didn’t look like it was going to happen this year. But Carolina and NC State will play baseball in 2014 after all. Fans of both teams won’t be able to help comparing one year to the next, but the fact is that these teams are very different than the ones that faced off a year ago, (GoHeels.com)
