Phil Steele's Preseason All-ACC

College football guru Phil Steele has released his preseason all-conference teams for the ACC. Eight Tar Heels make the cut in some form but only two on the first team. On the offensive side, Marquise Williams is the 2nd team quarterback and Quinshad Davis is tapped as a 2nd team wide receiver. Running back T.J. Logan and offensive lineman Landon Turner were placed on the 4th team. (Tar Heel Blog)
