Eight Tar Heels Named To Phil Steele All-ACC Lists

First-team selections Ryan Switzer and Tommy Hibbard lead a collection of eight North Carolina returners named to the 2014 Phil Steele Preseason All-ACC team, the annual college football preview publication announced this week. Switzer, who earned first-team All-America honors as a freshman, was selected at punt returner while Hibbard was picked at punter. (GoHeels.com)
