UNC Football: Tar Heels ranked in Phil Steele’s Preseason Top 40

Phil Steele is slowly releasing his preseason top 40 teams via Twitter with one team a day . Today he released #18 on the list and that happens to be the North Carolina Tar Heels. Steele seems high on the Tar Heels and expects success from them this season. (Keeping It Heel)
