Outfielder Zach Daly transferring from UNC
Posted Jun 18, 2014
Zach Daly is looking for a new college baseball team after playing the past two seasons at North Carolina. The outfielder said Tuesday that UNC coach Mike Fox granted Daly’s release about two weeks ago. Daly has been in touch with several Division II programs but is undecided where he will end up. Daly’s reason for transferring is “just to get more playing time so I can play every day,” he said.
