247Sports five-star point guard will visit North Carolina today (Tuesday), Smith's father confirmed to CarolinaBlue. Per 247Sports rankings Smith is the No. 1 point guard in the 2016 class, the No. 2 overall player in the state of North Carolina, and the No. 6 overall prospect in the nation. The 6-foot-3, 180-pound Trinity Christian School rising junior has offers from Duke, Kansas, Wake Forest, and Arizona. (Carolina Blue)
