But in terms of his goals as a professional baseball player, he's right where he needs to be. So, for him, that is a good thing. Frank was drafted in the 20th round in 2013 by the Toronto Blue Jays and assigned to their short-season Class A franchise in Vancouver, Canada. (Lexington Dispatch)
