Texans cut offensive tackle Brennan Williams

Second-year offensive tackle Brennan Williams was waived by the Texans with the “failed physical” designation on Monday. Williams, a third-round pick in 2013, did not play for the Texans last season after undergoing microfracture surgery on his knee.
