Florida State’s national title last season, combined with the introduction of the four-team College Football Playoff this year, all but guarantees that the champion of John Swofford’s league will get a crack at the big prize. Everybody knows it. Everybody’s using it. From the moment Swofford took the podium Sunday for his annual commissioner’s address, this version of the ACC Football Kickoff had a different feel.
