Unlike some of his counterparts from other leagues -- and unlike some of his own previous years here -- Big Ten commissioner Jim Delany didn't seem interested in making major headlines during his address to close out media day. Then again, Delany's views on NCAA reform and other pressing topics are well-known and well-documented.
