It started with the things he took away. No cheese, bread or what he calls “white sauces,” like mayonnaise or Caesar dressing. He replaced beef and pork with chicken and fish. “Don’t eat any of those, and you can lose five pounds easy,” said Quinton Coples, in his second year as the Jets’ rush outside linebacker.
