Roy Williams Offers Kenny Williams
Posted Aug 4, 2014
Roy Williams and his staff had plenty of opportunities to see 2015 SG Kenny Williams in action. The UNC coaching staff spent a lot of time, during open evaluation periods watching his summer team, Boo Williams, in action. And now, the Tar Heel head coach has stepped up and offered a scholarship to the 6-3 wing guard from LC Bird High School in Chesterfield County, a suburb of Richmond. When asked how he felt about the UNC offer, Williams describes it in one word. "Unbelievable."
