After filling in for an injured Bryn Renner last season, Marquise Williams grabs the #17 spot on our list of the ACC's Top 25 Players to Watch. The quarterback brings a dynamic presence to the Tar Heels offense. Last season, he threw 15 touchdowns, but also ran for six more. Williams is fighting for the starting job this season, but could be a household name by December.
