Ryan Switzer emerged as one of the most exciting players in the country last season and that's why he's on our list of the ACC's Top 25 Players to Watch. As a freshman in 2013, Switzer tied an NCAA record by returning five punts for touchdowns. He needs just three more return TDs to break the career mark held by Wes Welker and Antonio Perkins.
