One of the things that really stood out to me during UNC's Media Day on Saturday was Shakeel Rashad's body. He was listed at 213 pounds during his senior season in high school and looked a bit thin and wiry as a true freshman two seasons ago. But up close Saturday, Rashad looked like a different person than two falls ago. He's listed at 245 but looks bigger. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
