In the past week UNC has had two 247Sports four-star prospects decommit: Offensive tackle Emanuel McGirt and safety Ronnie Harrison. With 15 current football commits, CarolinaBlue examines the remaining targets on UNC's 2015 recruiting board. DT Shy Tuttle, Lexington (NC) - (6-3, 315): 55% UNC, 40% Tennessee, 5% Clemson. Tuttle's high school coach told CarolinaBlue that the decision could come in late August (25th) or in September. Tennessee has made a recent run in Crystal Ball predictions. DE Jalen Dalton, Clemmons (NC) - (6-5, 235): 100% UNC.
