Time-Out restaurant finds new home on Franklin Street

Time-Out, which has been in Chapel Hill’s University Square for 35 years, will move about a half-mile down Franklin Street this fall. The restaurant is the last tenant in the square, soon to be cleared for redevelopment, and must be out by Sept. 1, said Time-Out’s special events manager Ira Green.
