Ryan Switzer Named to Preseason SI.com All-American Team

Ryan Switzer was named to another All-American list today, this time by Sports Illustrated. Switzer was named first team All-American punt returner. Ryan Switzer is a rising sophomore on the Tar Heel football team. Switzer caught 32 passes for 341 yards and three touchdowns in 2013, but he made his impact in the punt return game.
