Charlotte Butler quarterback Anthony Ratliff-Williams completed 7-of-15 passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns (67 and 14 yards). He also converted a two-point conversion on a bootleg run. New Bern quarterback Mike Hughes rushed for four touchdowns (33, 8, 43, and 79 yards). He finished with 17 rushes for 186 yards. He completed 4-of-12 passes for 35 yards.
