San Diego State might bring an innovative defense filled with exotic blitzes and coverages to Kenan Stadium for its matchup with No. 21 North Carolina Saturday (8:05 p.m., ESPNews). But junior quarterback Marquise Williams, who leads UNC’s no-huddle spread offense, said that San Diego State is the team that should be concerned. “It’s not going to affect us,” Williams said. “We’re going to affect them."
