Fast Break Breakfast Returns Oct. 3

For the tenth straight year, Roy Williams will open the basketball season with his Fast break Against Cancer breakfast on the floor of the Smith Center. Sylvia Hatchell is the headline speaker at this year's event, which has raised almost $1.6 million for cancer research, prevention and outreach. Hatchell, the Tar Heel women's basketball coach, will share her journey, diagnosis, treatment and recovery. (GoHeels.com)
