The differences between Chicago and Green Bay would seem obvious. One is a world-renowned metropolis; the other, far from it. Yet, Julius Peppers finds similar comforts. “I lived in Highland Park,” Peppers said. “Pretty much, you put a football stadium in Highland Park and you got Green Bay right there. But from a football standpoint, Peppers might as well be on Mars.
