North Carolina junior linebacker Jeff Schoettmer is a friend of PGA golfer Jordan Spieth, who is set to play in his first career Ryder Cup match Friday morning. Spieth and Schoettmer grew up playing football, baseball, basketball and of course, golf, while growing up together in the Dallas area. Both attended Jesuit College Prep. (GoHeels.com)
