Posted Sep 26, 2014
North Carolina hasn’t won its ACC opener on the road since 2000 and will have to elevate its play to break that streak against Clemson in Death Valley on Saturday (7pm, ESPNU). The Tigers (1-2) are 14.5-point favorites over the Tar Heels (2-1). Clemson leads the all-time series, 35-19-1, and has won the last three meetings at Memorial Stadium by an average of 24.7 points.
