Ravens rookie James Hurst passes first test vs. Panthers

Rookie left tackle passed his first test with flying colors on Sunday. Thrust into the lineup because of a knee injury to Eugene Monroe, Hurst protected quarterback Joe Flacco's blind side all day as the Ravens offensive line extended its streak to three straight games without allowing a sack in a 38-10 rout of Carolina. Hurst became the first undrafted rookie to start at left tackle for the Ravens. (CSN Baltimore)
