Yankees’ Adam Warren puts seal on season

Adam Warren toed the rubber for the final time this baseball season. The New York Yankees’ relief pitcher, and New Bern native, pitched 1.1 innings in the season-finale on Sunday against the Boston Red Sox. It was also the final game for teammate Derek Jeter. Warren finished the season with a 2.97 ERA with three saves in 69 appearances.
